摘要
目的探讨微信与微课翻转课堂在护士规培中的应用。方法2017年1月-2017年12月新入职的56名护士作为对照组,2018年1月-2018年12月新入职的56名护士作为观察组。对照组采用传统授课方式。观察组采用微信与微课翻转课堂授课,比较两组新护士的基本理论和技能的成绩,评判性思维及自主学习的评分。结果观察组基本理论和技能得分分别为(93.59±4.31)分、(92.20±4.86)分,对照组为(89.95±4.28)分、(89.06±4.07)分;观察组基本理论和技能得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组评判性思维能力各个维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自主学习能力各个维度及总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信与微课翻转课堂提高新护士规培的成绩,提高了评判性思维及自主学习的能力。
Objective To explore the application of WeChat and microlecture flip class in nurse training. Methods 56 newly recruited nurses from January 2017 to December 2017 served as the control group, and 56 newly recruited nurses from January 2018 to December 2018 served as the observation group. The control group used traditional teaching methods. The observation group used WeChat and microlecture to turn the classroom to teach, compared the performance of the basic theories and skills of the two groups of new nurses, the scores of critical thinking and autonomous learning. Results The basic theory and skill scores of the observation group were(93.59 ± 4.31) points,(92.20 ± 4.86) points, and the control group were(89.95 ± 4.28) points and(89.06 ± 4.07) points. The basic theory and skill points of the observation group were high In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores and total scores of the critical thinking ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The observation group’s autonomous learning ability in all dimensions and total scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion WeChat and microlecture flipping the classroom improves the performance of new nurses in training and improves the ability of critical thinking and autonomous learning.
