摘要
目的探讨在泌尿外科临床护理教学中,采取案例分析结合PBL教学模式的应用效果,为提高教学质量提供参考依据。方法选取2019年6月1日-2020年6月30日某三甲医院泌尿外科137名实习护士,随机分为实验组(69名)和对照组(68名),对照组采取传统教学模式,实验组在传统教学模式基础上,融入案例分析结合PBL教学模式,比较2组理论成绩、技能操作成绩、护理文书书写成绩,并比较2组教学满意度和患者满意度。结果实验组理论考试成绩、技能操作成绩和护理文书书写成绩分别为(93.23±10.38)分、(94.29±16.61)分和(92.41±12.23)分,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护患沟通、服务态度、护理质量和护理文书书写等评分实验组上升幅度较对照组明显(P<0.05);实验组的教学满意度为91.3%,高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的患者满意度为84.6%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论案例分析结合PBL教学模式在泌尿外科护理教学中应用,可提高实习护士理论成绩和操作成绩,改善护理质量,提高沟通能力和护理文书书写基本功,实习护士、患者满意度高,在未来的临床带教工作中,这种带教模式值得进一步推广和应用。
Objectives To explore the application effect of case analysis combined with PBL teaching mode in urology clinical nursing teaching,so as to provide reference for improving the teaching quality.Methods From June 1 st,2019 to June 30 st,2020,137 practice nurses in the urology department of a third-class A hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(69)and the control group(68).The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group combined with the case analysis and PBL teaching mode on the basis of the traditional teaching mode,compared the theoretical performance,skill operation performance and nursing writing performance of the two groups,and compared the teaching satisfaction and patient satisfaction of the two groups.Results The scores of theory test,skill operation and nursing writing in the experimental group were 93.23±10.38,94.29±16.61 and 92.41±12.23,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nurse-patient communication,service attitude,nursing quality and nursing document writing increased significantly in the experimental group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was 91.3%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction of the experimental group was 84.6%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PBL teaching mode which combined case analysis used in urological surgical nursing teaching,improved the student nurse theory achievement and operating performance,improve nursing quality and improve the ability of communication and nursing documents writing background,practice nurses,patient satisfaction was high,in clinical teaching work of the future,this kind of teaching mode was worth further promotion and application.
