摘要
针对煤矿用减速机传动精度、疲劳寿命要求高等问题,以某型煤矿用减速机为研究对象,分析了煤矿用减速机回差主要影响因素。针对煤矿用减速机回差主要因素制定对应的控制措施,运用试验的方法对煤矿用减速机回差进行了研究。研究结果表明,煤矿用减速机齿轮、轴、支撑轴承等关键零部件的材料、加工及装配对煤矿用减速机回差影响较大,为了控制煤矿用减速机回差,需要对煤矿用减速机关键零部件选择合适的材料、制定合理的加工及装配工艺,研究结果为煤矿用减速机传动精度提高、疲劳寿命延长等方面提供理论依据。
Aiming at the problems of high transmission precision and fatigue life of the coal mine reducer,a certain type of coal mine reducer has been regarded as the research object,the main influence factors of the backlash for coal mine reducer has been analyzed.The corresponding control measures have been formulated for the backlash main factors of the coal mine reducer,the backlash of the coal mine reducer has been researched by test method.The research results show that the material,processing and assembly of key parts such as gears,shafts and support bearings have a greater impact on the backlash for coal mine reducer.Select appropriate materials for components,formulate reasonable processing and assembly technology can control the backlash for coal mine reducer,the research provides theoretical basis for transmission precision and fatigue life improving of the coal mine reducer.
