摘要 背隙是决定精密行星减速器传动精度的主要指标之一,直接影响整套传动系统的传动效率。现有测试方法有:电机连续加载,无法实现定点反复检测,误差较大;砝码逐步加载,耗时较长,精度低,难以实现全自动化。提出了恒扭矩加载测试方法,介绍了该种方法的测试原理,并对测试系统进行分析。具有测试精度高、系统响应快、系统稳定等优点。 The backlash is one of the main technical parameters to determine the transmission accuracy of precision planetary reducer,which directly affects the transmission efficiency of the whole set of transmission system.The existing testing method has the continuous loading of the electric motor,can not realize fixed-point repeated detection,the error is bigger;the weight step loading,time consuming,low accuracy,it is difficult to realize the full automation.Puts forward the method of constant torque load test,introduces the testing principle of the method,and analyzes the testing system.The system has the advantages of high test precision,fast response and stable system.
