摘要
为了提高风电机组齿轮传动误差的可靠度,从而提高齿轮传动误差可靠性分析的精度,提出了基于阻力特性的风电机组齿轮传动误差可靠性分析。在引入风电机组齿轮传动的动力学参数基础上,采用余弦函数拟合计算了齿轮传动的刚度均值,基于风电机组齿轮的齿侧间隙示意图,计算了风电机组齿轮的齿廓修行量,完成了风电机组齿轮传动的动力学参数整定;将阻力特性应用到风电机组齿轮啮合方向的位移分析中,通过计算风电机组齿轮的从动轮在啮合线上的位移,分别计算了齿轮的制造误差、装配误差和变形误差,完成了风电机组齿轮传动误差的计算;最后通过风电机组齿轮传动误差的可靠性分析流程,实现了风电机组齿轮传动误差的可靠性分析。实验结果证明,基于阻力特性的风电机组齿轮传动误差可靠性分析方法具有较高的可靠度。
In order to improve the reliability of the gear transmission error of the wind turbine and the accuracy of the reliability analysis of the gear transmission error,the reliability analysis of the gear transmission error of the wind turbine based on the resistance characteristics is proposed.On the basis of introducing the dynamic parameters of the wind turbine gear transmission,the mean value of the stiffness of the gear transmission is calculated by cosine function fitting.On the basis of the schematic diagram of the tooth side clearance of the wind turbine gear,the tooth profile repair amount of the wind turbine gear is calculated,and the dynamic parameters of the wind turbine gear transmission are set.The resistance characteristics are applied to the displacement of the gear engagement direction of the wind turbine in the analysis,the manufacturing error,assembly error and deformation error of the gear are calculated respectively by calculating the displacement of the driven gear on the meshing line of the wind turbine.Finally,the reliability analysis of the gear transmission error of the wind turbine is realized through the reliability analysis process of the gear transmission error of the wind turbine.The experimental results show that the reliability analysis method of gear transmission error of wind turbine based on resistance characteristics has high reliability.
