摘要
采煤机截割部齿轮传动系统最容易发生故障,齿轮啮合的齿侧间隙影响着齿轮的受力。以MGTY300/710-1.1D型采煤机截割部为研究对象,研究齿侧间隙为0、0.5 mm、1 mm时的受力,采用UG建立齿轮传动系统的三维模型,将三维模型导入Workbench中,利用工具箱对齿轮传动系统进行时域响应分析。仿真结果显示齿轮啮合过程中存在应力集中的现象,随着时间的增加,应力范围扩大;随着齿侧间隙的增加,齿轮受到的应力值增加,应力最终收敛,由此可知仿真结果是有效的。
The gear transmission system of the shearer cutting section is the most prone to failure.The backlash of the gear meshing affects the force of the gear.The MGTY300/710-1.1 D shearer cutting part was taken as the research object,the forces when the blacklash is 0,0.5 mm,1 mm were studied.UG was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the gear transmission system,and the three-dimensional model was imported into Workbench.The toolbox was used to analyze the time-domain response of the gear transmission system.The simulation results show that there is a phenomenon of stress concentration in the gear meshing process.With the increase of time,the stress range expands;with the increase of the backlash,the stress value received by the gear increases and the stress finally converges,which shows that the simulation result is effective.
