摘要
案例教学法对于提高社会工作专业学位教育质量具有重要意义。本文以“青少年社会工作”课程的案例教学为例,旨在通过对案例教学法实践的研究,阐述社会工作案例教学法的实施过程和内在逻辑。研究发现,社会工作案例教学法的实施有四个重要因素:案例情境、学生参与、分析讨论和整合内化。借鉴哈贝马斯的共识真理论,本文认为共识是社会工作案例教学法的内在逻辑,共识是在师生的共同建构、平等关系和开放对话中形成的,并由此形成案例教学法特有的知识观、师生观和教学观。沟通理性是实现社会工作案例教学共识达成的重要路径。社会工作实践逻辑融合于社会工作案例教学法中,能够促进社会工作教育目标的有效实现。
Case-based teaching is of great significance to improve the quality of degree education in social work.In this paper,we take the case-based teaching of Youth Social Work as an example to study the practice of case-based teaching,aiming to elaborate the implementation process and internal logic of social work case-based teaching.It is found that there are four important elements in the implementation of social work case-based teaching:case situation,students’participation,analysis and discussion,and integration and internalization.R eferring to Habermas’s consensus theory of truth,this paper holds that consensus is the internal logic of social work case-based teaching,which is formed in the joint construction,equal relationship and open dialogue between teachers and students,and thus forms the unique knowledge view,teacher-student viewand teaching viewof case teaching method.Communicative rationality is an important way to achieve the consensus in social work case-based teaching.The integration of social work practice logic into social work casebased teaching can promote the effective realization of social work education goals.
