摘要
案例教学作为教师培训的重要途径 ,以案例的运用以及讨论为特征。这种教学形式的运用 ,可以发展被培训教师的创新精神和实际解决问题等能力和品质 ;可以使被培训教师获得的知识真正内化和高度整合化 ;可以帮助被培训教师理解教学中所出现的两难问题 ,掌握对教学进行分析和反思的方式 ;可以大大缩短教学情境与实际生活情境的差距 ;可以促使被培训教师很好地掌握相关的理论。案例教学在实施中 ,大致可分成案例引入、案例讨论、概括总结三个基本环节 ,在这其中 。
Teaching through cases, as an important method of training teachers, has the property of making use of cases and discussions. This kind of teaching form may develop the trained teachers' spirit of bringing forth new ideas and raise their ability of solving problems; enable the trained teachers to internalize and arrange the knowledge they have acquired; help the trained teachers understand the dilemma in teaching and master the method of analyzing and reflecting their teaching; narrow the gap between teaching situation and practical life situation; urge the trained teachers to have a good command of theories involved. In the implementation, teaching through cases can be divided into three basic stages: introduction, discussion and summary, and meanwhile the teacher's teaching action needs to have a series of changes.
