摘要
目的分析福建某三级甲等医院护士离职的影响因素,对临床护士的离职情况进行调查,为预防护士倦怠、提高护士留职率提供参考。方法回顾性分析2009年-2018年福建某三级甲等医院护士离职情况,分析其影响因素。结果不同年龄、工作年限、职称、学历、聘用形式、婚姻状况护士的离职率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。离职影响因素中工作压力大,夜班压力大,夫妻两地分居占比较大。结论完善人文关怀机制,营造护理人职业归属感,设置机动岗位,增加人力资源弹性调配可吸引部分护士继续留院。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors ofnurses’ resignation in a third-class A hospital in Fujian and investigate the situation of clinical nurses’ resignation,so as to provide reference for preventing nurses’ burnout and improving nurses’ retention. Methods There were statistically significant differences in the turnover rate of nurses of different ages,working years,professional titles,education background,employment forms and marital status(P<0.05).A questionnaire survey was conducted among 184 nurses who left a third-class A hospital in Fujian Province from 2009 to 2018. The factors influencing the turnover of clinical nurses were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the influencing factors of turnover,the high pressure of work or night shift and the proportion of husband and wife living in two places are larger.Conclusion Perfecting humanistic care mechanism,creating nurses’ sense of occupational belonging,setting up mobile posts and increasing flexible allocation of human resources can attract some nurses to stay in hospital.
