摘要
生物活性肽是当前的研究热点,其作为食物蛋白水解的产物,在生理功能方面发挥着各种各样的作用。为了得到生物活性肽,需要选用有效的分离纯化技术。目前,有大量的分离纯化方法广泛应用于生物活性肽的研究,这些方法可以归纳为树脂吸附、膜处理和层析色谱等三大类。
Bioactive peptides,as the product of food protein hydrolysis,play various roles in physiological functions.In order to obtain bioactive peptides,effective isolation and purification techniques are needed.At present,a large number of separation and purification methods are widely used in the study of bioactive peptides,which can be classified into three categories:resin adsorption,membrane treatment and chromatography.The preparation,isolation and purification of bioactive peptides were reviewed in this paper.
