摘要
元素养是催生其他一切素养的最基础的能力,对开放教育学员进行元素养培育,能够帮助学员应对MOOCs浪潮带来的挑战。开放大学作为开放教育的主力军,承担开放教育学员元素养培育工作,应当树立元素养理念、充分发挥图书馆的主导作用、创新教学形式、建立灵活的评价体系、加强资源共建共享,并从制度、战略、技术、人才四个方面为元素养培育创造有利条件。
As metaliteracy is the most basic ability to promote all other qualities, cultivating metaliteracy for open education students can help them cope with the challenges brought by the wave of MOOCs. As the mainstay of open education, open universities undertake the cultivation of students’ metaliteracy by establishing the concept of metaliteracy, giving full play to the leading role of libraries, innovating teaching forms, establishing a flexible evaluation system and strengthening the co-construction and sharing of resources. It is also necessary to create favorable conditions for the cultivation of metaliteracy from the aspects of system, strategy, technology and talents.
