摘要 [目的/意义]为评价新市民知识素养水平,构建评价体系并开展实证研究,帮助其融入城市生活。[方法/过程]首先通过德尔菲法设计新市民知识素养标准,然后通过专家打分对二级指标赋权,形成"新市民知识素养评价体系(NC-KLAS)",最后分别选取城镇市民和新市民两个群体开展实证研究。[结果/结论]设计新市民知识素养评价标准和体系;通过实证分析问卷量表中的低分项,发现新市民知识素养存在知识运用能力较低的问题,并提出建议。 [Purpose/Significance]In order to evaluate the knowledge literacy level of new citizens,the evaluation system was constructed and empirical studies were conducted to help them integrate into urban life.[Method/Process]Firstly this paper constructed knowledge literacy standards of new citizens by means of Delphi,and then formed a"new citizen's knowledge literacy assessment system(NC-KLAS)through expert scoring and two level indicators empowerment.Finally it selected the two groups of urban citizens and new citizens to carry out empirical research.[Result/Conclusion]This paper formed a new public knowledge literacy evaluation standard and a system through study,and discovered the problem of low knowledge capacity of the new citizens as well as putting forward some suggestions.
