摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,无论是数据的记录,还是数据的储存,亦或者数据的共享与计算都越来越方便、快捷,大数据已经成为了图书馆精准服务的有效“利器”,令图书馆的服务高效化、科学化、精准化。本文阐述了图书馆精准服务研究现状,在此基础上,从服务对象、服务环境和服务效果三个方面分析了大数据驱动下图书馆实现精准服务的优势。深入分析了图书馆利用大数据开展精准服务的具体路径:利用大数据精准识别读者阅读需求;利用大数据精准构建大数据服务资源;利用大数据精准控制服务过程;利用大数据精准保障服务质量与读者信息安全;利用大数据精准评价图书馆服务效果。
With the advent of the era of big data,whether it is data recording,data storage,or data sharing and calculation,all these have become more and more convenient and fast.Big data has become an effective“weapon”for library precision services,making library services more efficient,scientific and precise.This article expounds the current situation of the libraries’precise service research.On this basis,it analyzes the advantages of the libraries’precise service driven by big data from the three aspects of service object,service environment and service effect.The author gives in-depth analysis of the specific path of the library using big data to carry out precise services:using big data to accurately identify readers’reading needs;using big data to accurately construct big data service resources;using big data to accurately control the service process;using big data to accurately ensure service quality and reader information security;using big data to accurately evaluate library service effects.
