摘要 一场完整的课程改革(以下简称“课改”)始于意识、经由行为、成于意志:课改行动生发的前端是教师课改意识、课改意向、课改意欲的形成,而其末端则是教师课改意志的培育,真课改始终遵循着知行逻辑、行动逻辑。在课改行动生发链条中,教师的参与、勇气、规约、冲动与意志构成了核心链环;在课改行动的深层结构中,现实结构、动态结构、效果结构赋予教师课改行动以意义、底蕴与价值。当代中国“课堂革命”的深入推进需要四种关键课改行动策略的配合:课改造势、课改明理、课改入心与课改塑行。 A complete curricular reform starts from awareness,develops through action and succeeds with volition.It means that The front-end of curricular action is teachers’awareness,intention and desire of curricular reform while its end comes with the cultivation of teachers’will for curricular reform.A real curricular reform should follow the unification logic of cognition and practice and action logic.In the chain of curricular reform,teachers’participation,courage,self-control,impulsion and will constitute its core link;and in its deep structure,the significance,essence,and value of teachers’action for curricular reform derives from reality structure,dynamic structure and effect structure.The further practice of“classroom revolution”in China requires four key action strategies of curricula reform,including creating the situation for curricular reform,clarifying its reasons,putting it into teachers’heart and adjusting their teaching behavior.
