摘要
基础教育课程改革的实施与推进遭遇困境的一个原因是改革缺少对教师的情感和身体关怀,而教师在课程改革过程中处于关键地位。因此,了解课程改革对于教师意味着什么、感受并分析教师的课改生活体验、了解教师遭遇的课改困境对进一步推进课程改革至关重要。笔者分析课程改革实施中教师所遭遇的困境,并提出突破困境的若干策略,期望为教师走出困境、改革者反思困境提供些许借鉴。
The current curriculum reform pays little attention to teachers" emotional and physical needs. It is crucial to curriculum reform promotion to understand what it means to teachers and to analyze teachers" experience during curriculum reform. This paper analyzes the dilemma teacher faced during curriculum reform and comes up with several strategies for resolving such dilemmas to provide some suggestions for teachers and policymakers.
