摘要 包装是消费者认知产品的第一环节,是实现商品价值的手段之一,对吸引消费者有积极作用。尤其是具有独特包装的产品,容易获得良好的市场反应。饲料产品包装关系饲料产品的流通,饲料产品的包装比较特殊,承担着保护产品质量与安全的功能,同时还需要有美观性,能在同类产品中受到消费者的青睐。包装是美术与自然科学的结合,饲料产品包装设计者需要设计能保护饲料的独特包装,具有吸引力的包装,在此过程中涉及多种法律关系,知识产权法是其中的关键内容。本文主要对饲料产品包装的知识产权法问题进行探索,明确饲料企业要关注自己的产品包装,同时防止他人侵犯,或侵犯他人的知识产权,保护自己的合法权益。 Packaging is the first step for consumers to recognize products,is one of the means to realize the value of commodities,and has a positive role in attracting consumers.Especially for products with unique packaging,it is easy to get good market reaction.The packaging of feed products is related to the circulation of feed products.The packaging of feed products is relatively special,which bears the function of protecting the quality and safety of products.At the same time,it also needs to have aesthetics,which can be favored by consumers in similar products.Packaging is the combination of art and natural science.Feed product packaging designers need to design unique packaging that can protect feed and attractive packaging.In this process,it involves a variety of legal relationships,among which intellectual property law is the key content.This paper mainly explores the intellectual property law of feed product packaging,making it clear that feed enterprises should pay attention to their own product packaging,prevent others from infringing or infringing others’intellectual property rights,and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
