摘要
采用甲基含氢硅油、F-6型不饱和聚醚和乙烯基乙二醇醚合成聚醚改性硅油。再以聚醚改性硅油、二甲基硅油、MQ硅树脂为主要原料,在乳化剂HA作用下,经乳化机高速剪切作用制备混凝土消泡剂X-1。考察了乳化时间、剪切速率、聚醚改性硅油用量对混凝土消泡剂X-1性能的影响。结果表明,与市售消泡剂X-2相比,所制备的消泡剂X-1可明显提高混凝土的0.5 h坍落度保持性能、密度及7 d、28 d抗压强度。
The polyether modified silicone oil was prepared by using methyl hydrogen silicone oil,F-6 type unsaturated polyether and ethylene glycol monovinyl ether.Polyether modified silicone oil,dimethyl silicone oil and MQ silicone resin were used as main raw materials to prepare concrete defoamer X-1 under high-speed shearing of emulsifier HA and emulsifier.The effects of different emulsification time,shear rate and polyether modified silicone oil on the performance of concrete defoamer X-1 were investigated.The test results showed that compared with the commercially available defoamer X-2,X-1 could effectively improve concrete 0.5 h slump retention performance and bulk density,and 7 d and 28 d compressive strength.
