摘要
采用聚二甲基硅氧烷作消泡主剂,配以适宜的乳化剂、载体及聚醚,制备高效乳液消泡剂。讨论了消泡主剂、载体、乳化剂对消泡效果的影响。最佳消泡剂配方为:聚二甲基硅氧烷为15%,聚二甲基硅氧烷质量比(500 mPa.s∶1000 mPa.s)为1∶1.3,以0.82%司班60和0.68%吐温60为复合乳化剂,1%超细硅酸铝载体及1%的聚醚L61。制得消泡剂的稳定性及消泡性能和抑泡性能较好,可取代市场常规的油性消泡剂和有机硅消泡剂。
High efficient antifoaming agent was prepared from dimethyl silicone with emulsifier, carrier and polyether L61. The selection of main antifoaming material, carrier, emulsion-dispersing agent and their compounding ratio was reviewed. The results show the best stability and defoaming properties of organosilicon defoamer is achieved when dimethyl silicon mass fraction 15% ,to (500 mPa· s):ω (1 000 mPa·s) equal to 1 : 1.3, Span60 ( 0.82 % )/Tween60 (0.68% ) blend emulsifier, aluminum silicate mass fraction 1% and polyether L61 mass fraction 1%.
