摘要
以聚醚聚硅氧烷主组分,考察了乳化剂用量和活性物组分对消泡剂的影响。实验表明,以聚醚聚硅氧烷、疏水白炭黑及聚二甲基硅氧烷为活性组分,配以4.5%的Span-60、Tween-60、Span-80与Tween-80组成的复合乳化剂,制备的HK-013消泡剂的稳定性及消泡性能和抑泡性能较好。在溢流染色生产中进行了应用,证明其可取代目前使用的进口消泡剂。
With polyether modified polysiloxane as main material, the selection of main antifoaming material, emulsion-dispersing agent and their compounding ratio were reviewed. The results showed the best stability and defoaming properties of organosilicon defoamer were achieved when prepared from polyether modified polysiloxane ,dimethyl silicone and fumed silica with 4.5% emulsifier. HK-013 was used in dyeing and proved that it can replace the import defoaming agent.
