摘要
目的了解男男性行为者(MSM)性生活满意度,分析其关联因素。方法2018年2-10月采用滚雪球抽样法,对四川省绵阳市MSM进行性生活满意度等横断面调查和血清学检测。结果共完成调查问卷1132份,回收合格问卷1129份,71.5%性生活满意。性生活不满意者艾滋病病毒(HIV)-抗体阳性率7.5%,高于满意的2.2%(P<0.001)。多因素分析,大专及以上文化、非体力劳动、本地居住时间>6个月、知晓艾滋病知识、近6个月肛交有保护的性生活满意的概率较高,互联网及其他途径寻找性伴、近6个月肛交数>2人的性生活满意的概率较低(P均<0.01)。结论MSM性生活满意度较高,性生活满意度与人口学特征、性行为等相关,性生活满意度低者HIV感染风险大。
Objective To understand the sexual satisfaction of men who have sex with men(MSM)and analyze the related factors.Methods From Feb to Oct,2018,the snowball sampling method was adopted,to recruit the MSM and a cross-section questionnaire survey was conducted followed by serological test in Mianyang city,Sichuan province.Results 1129 qualified questionnaires were collected,of which the sexual satisfaction rate was 71.5%,and the HIV positive rate in the group who had unsatisfied sexual life was 7.5%,higher than that in the group of satisfied sexual life,2.2%(P<0.001).The multivariate analysis showed that those with college education or above,non-manual labor,local residence time>6 months,awareness of AIDS knowledge,and protected anal sex in the last 6 months had a higher rate of sexual satisfaction that those who found sexual partners through social dating app,and had sexual partners more than two with anal sex in the last 6 months(all P<0.01).Conclusion MSM sexual satisfaction is high and sexual satisfaction is related to demographic characteristics and sexual behavior.People with low sexual satisfaction have a higher risk of HIV infection.
