摘要
在HIV感染流行之初,就观察到HIV与梅毒共感染在一些特殊人群如男男性行为(MSM)中发病率显著升高,梅毒可以增加HIV感染的易感性,HIV感染使梅毒的临床表现具有非典型性,增加神经梅毒的风险等,使得梅毒的诊断治疗更加复杂和具有挑战性。文中综述了梅毒与HIV共感染的流行状况,梅毒对HIV传播的影响,HIV感染对梅毒临床表现及治疗的影响,以及在该领域的最新进展。
In the beginning of the HIV epidemic,a rising incidence of HIV and syphilis co-infection was observed in special population such as MSM groups,syphilis can increase susceptibility to HIV infection. In patients with HIV co-infection,the course and clinical manifestations of syphilis is often dramatic or atypical,and increasing the risk of syphilitics,witch makes the diagnosis and treatment of syphilis in more complex and challenging. In this paper we review recent advances in syphilis and HIV co-infection,including epidemiologic study of HIV and syphilis co-infection,influence of syphilis to HIV transmission,and impact of HIV infection on the clinical manifestation and treatment of syphilis.
