摘要
目的了解北京市男男性行为者(MSM)的生存质量,并探讨相关影响因素,为提高该人群生存质量及在该人群中进行艾滋病防制工作提供依据。方法应用方便抽样方法招募MSM,采用世界卫生组织(WHO)生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)中文版进行调查。结果共招募201名MSM,回收有效问卷193份,有效应答率为96.02%。193名MSM的平均年龄为29.18岁,学历及月收入较高,未婚及自我认同为同性恋者居多。被调查者各领域得分别为:生理领域(67.12±11.64)分,心理领域(60.37±12.41)分,环境领域(62.74±14.64)分,社会关系领域(60.55±16.65)分。被调查者在心理领域和社会关系领域得分低于国内常模,环境领域得分高于国内常模。生理领域的影响因素有居住年限、受教育程度和是否感染过性病;心理领域的影响因素有居住年限、月收入、婚姻状况、受教育程度和是否有男朋友或固定男性性伴;环境领域的影响因素有月收入和居住年限;社会关系领域的影响因素为认识的MSM数量和是否有男朋友或固定同性性伴。结论北京市MSM总体生存质量不高。减少公众对MSM的歧视,提高MSM的自我认同感,可能有利于改善MSM的生存质量,达到有效控制艾滋病传播的目的。
Objective To investigate the status of QOL for men who have sex with men（MSM） and the correlated factors.and provide the evidences for improving their health status and work of HIV/AIDS control and prevention.Methods Convenience sampling techniques were applied to recruit MSM in Beijing and their quality of life was surveyed with a self-administered questionnaire based on the WHO QOL-BREF Chinese version.Results 193 effective questionnaires were collected.The mean age of them was 29.18 years with higher education level and monthly income,and majority unmarried and self-identified as gay.The scores of physio-domain,psycho-domain,social relationship domain and environmental factor domain were 67.12 ± 11.64,60.37 ± 12.41,60.55 ± 16.65,62.74 ±14.64 respectively.Multiple analyses showed that the influential factors for physio-domain included residential qualification,education,and the history of STI infection;those for psycho-domain were residential qualification,monthly income,education,marriage,and having regular homosexual partners;for social relationship domain were numbers of MSM they knew and having a boyfriend or steady homosexual partner;and for environmental domain were monthly income and residential qualification.Conclusion The overall quality of life among MSM in Beijing is not so satisfactory.Stigma reduction and HIV/AIDS control and prevention conducted among MSM will be helpful to improve the QOL of MSM.
