摘要
目的:了解男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)交友目的,分析关联因素。方法:采用滚雪球抽样法,对四川省绵阳市MSM进行匿名行为学调查及血清学检测。结果:合格调查1140人,交友最主要目的为寻找性伴(占比30. 8%)、寻求慰藉(占比15. 5%)、其他(占比53. 7%),不同交友目的艾滋病病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)阳性率分别为7. 7%、10. 7%和3. 9%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。多因素分析结果,不同交友目的有独立统计学关联的变量:寻找性伴与其他比:婚姻状况、社区朋友数、艾滋病知识、近6个月肛交数、近1周肛交数、公园型性伴;寻求慰藉与其他比:年龄、婚姻状况、艾滋病知识、近1年做过HIV检测、近6个月肛交数、公园型性伴;寻求慰藉与寻找性伴比:年龄、社区朋友数、异地性行为、近1周肛交数、公园型性伴,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0. 05)。结论:MSM交友趋于以性为中心,交友目的与人口学特征、性行为相关联,以寻找性伴、寻求慰藉为目的者HIV感染和传播风险较大。
Objective ： To understand the dating purpose of men who have sex with men （MSM） and analyze the related factors. Methods：Mianyang MSM in Siehuan Provineewere recruited by Snowball Sampling. Anonymous behavioral surveys and serological tests were performed on them. Results：There were 1140 qualified surveyed people. The main dating purposes were seeking sex partners （30.8 % ）, seeking solace （ 15.5 % ） and others （53.7%）. The positive rates of HIV amongMSMwith different dating purposes were 7.7% , 10.7% and 3.9% respectively, with statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. According to multivariate analysis, each different dating purpose had independent statistical correlation variables. For MSM aimed seekingsex partners compared with others, the variables were marital status, the number of friends in the community, AIDS knowledge, anal frequency in the past six months, anal frequeneyin the past week, park-type partner. For MSM seekingsolaee compared with others, the variables were age, marital status, AIDS knowledge, performed HIV testing in the past year, anal frequency in the past 6 months andpark-type sexual partners. For MSM seekingsolaee compared with seeking partners, the variables were age, community friends, off-site behavior, anal frequency in last week andpark-type sexual partners （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions ： MSM dating tends to be centered on sexuality, and the purpose of dating isrelated to demographic characteristics and sexual intercourse. The risk of HIV infection and transmission is greater among people with the dating purpose of seeking sexual partners and seeking solace.
