摘要
目的:统计并分析某军队医院住院患者中人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)的感染状况,为艾滋病防治工作提供指导和依据。方法:采用双抗原夹心酶联免疫吸附(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays,ELISA)法对2012～2016年某军队医院住院患者血清HIV抗体进行检测,初筛阳性者送疾控中心进行确认,并对最终确认为抗体阳性者进行统计分析。结果:45 382人中共检出HIV抗体阳性76例,阳性率为0.167%,且5年间HIV感染者的数量逐年上升,增速也有加快的趋势。76例HIV感染者中,男56例,女20例,从年龄分组来看,0～15岁者占2.632%,16～24岁者占18.421%,25～50岁者占63.158%,>50岁者占15.789%;从感染途径分析,经性传播感染者占57.895%,经血液传播感染者占39.474%,经母婴传播感染者占2.632%。结论:HIV的检出率逐年上升,感染年龄段呈两极分化的态势,除需要进一步完善HIV宣传预防工作外,还需加大对已确诊艾滋病患者的治疗力度,以避免HIV感染情况的进一步恶化。
Objective：To provide the guidance and basis for AIDS prevention by analysing the human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）infection status of inpatients in some military comprehensive hospital.Methods：The double antigen sandwich ELISA was applied to measure HIV antibody of inpatients from 2012 to 2016.The screening positive was sent to confirm at the centers of disease control,and then finally identified as antibody positive was statistically analyzed.Results：Seventy-six HIV antibody were positive among 45 382 samples,and the positive rate was 0.167%.Among 76 seropositive patients,57 cases were males and 19 cases were females.With age structure,0 to 15 years old accounted for 2.632%,16 to 24 years old accounted for 18.421%,25 to 50 years old accounted for 63.158%,and above 50 years old accounted for 15.789%.Analysis from infection path,sexual transmission accounted for57.895%,blood transmission accounted for 39.474%,and mother-to-child transmission accounted for 2.632%.Conclusion：The HIV detection rate is increasing year by year,and infection trend has spread from high-risk groups to the general population.It is suggested that HIV antibody screening should be further strengthen in the hospital.
