摘要
中小学课后服务工作是解决我国长期存在的“三点半难题”的重要举措。通过调研发现,中小学课后服务工作面临覆盖面不广、学生与家长参与度不高、课后服务形式单一等问题。学校没有意识到课后服务工作的重要性、教师认识不够、资金投入不足、缺乏有效的评价与监督机制是造成课后服务工作质量低下的主要原因。应通过重视课后服务工作的价值与作用,丰富课后服务的内容与形式,优化课后服务资金的来源与管理,完善课后服务制度体系建设提升课后服务工作质量。
After-class service is an important measure to solve the long-standing“Half-past-three problem”in primary and secondary schools in China.Through this survey,we found that the after-school service is facing dilemma,such as low coverage,low participation of students and parents,and single form of the service.There are the main reasons for the low quality of after-school service work that the schools does not realize the importance of after-school service work,the teachers are lack of awareness,the service is lack of capital investment,the effective evaluation and supervision mechanism.Therefore,we should pay attention to the value and function of service,enrich the content and form of service,optimize the source and management of service funds,improve the construction of after-school service system and improve the quality of after-school service.
