摘要
为了对椭圆弧面轴承进行仿真,提出一种针对椭圆弧面轴承的变流域结构化动网格方法,保证椭圆弧面轴承中油膜间隙网格随着轴颈的动态移动而规律性变化。在此基础上建立多流域-转子动力学方程耦合,计算得到轴心轨迹、压力分布等参数,并与传统椭圆轴承进行了对比。结果表明,该方法能够正确反映滑动轴承的基本特性。
A structural dynamic mesh method was presented for simulating elliptic surface bearing in variable flow fields, which could ensure that the oil film mesh change regularly with the dynamic movement of the journal. On this basis, the multi-flow field and rotor dynamic equation coupling was established. The parameters such as the orbits of shaft center and pressure distribution were calculated and compared with the traditional elliptical bearing. The results show that this method can be able to identify the basic characteristics of sliding bearings properly.
