摘要
为研究表面纹理对径向滑动轴承油膜承载能力的影响机制,利用不重叠区域分解法建立针对径向滑动轴承表面纹理润滑计算的有效方法,通过数值计算得到不同纹理分布模式和纹理几何参数条件下的轴承润滑油膜承载力。计算结果表明:合理的表面纹理分布模式和纹理几何尺寸对提高轴承油膜承载能力有一定作用。
A theoretical analysis model was developed for a surface textured journal bearing considering cavitation within the fluid film between two faces. Non-overlapping domain decomposition method was used to study the effect of texture distribution patterns and geometric parameters of dimples on the load carrying capacity. The optimal texture surface pattern of the journal bearing was found through a series of numerical analyses. The optimum values of the area density and the depth of the dimples were obtained under the condition of maximum hydrodynamic capacity. Results show that the reasonable texture surface pattern and texture geometry parameters are propitious to improve loading capacity of journal bearing.
