摘要
某多轴系压缩机组在运行过程中,测试系统显示第5级叶轮频繁波动,结合在线监测系统的相关图谱,探究可能导致振动波动的众多因素,剖析造成异常响声的根本原因,根据分析结果进行处理波动现象消失,为今后诊断分析此类压缩机的故障提供理论和案例支撑。
During the operation of a multi-axis compressor unit, the test system showed that the 5 th stage impeller frequently fluctuated. Combined with the relevant maps in online monitoring system, many factors that may cause vibration fluctuations were explored and the root cause of abnormal sounds was analyzed. According to the analysis results, the fluctuation phenomenon disappeared, which provided theoretical and case support for future diagnosis and analysis of such compressor failures.
