摘要
针对年产52万吨尿素装置二氧化碳压缩机轴端密封泄漏问题,分析原因,认为是碳环密封组件安装时碳环受外力破损所致。通过采取相应处理措施,提高碳环密封组件安装质量,使问题得到解决,保证了设备安全稳定运行。
A leakage accident was found at the shaft-end seal in CO2 compressor in a 520 kt/a urea plant. The analysis shows that the leakage was caused by the damage of carbonic seal ring assembly by external force during installation. By enhancing the installation quality, the problem was solved, and the compressor was operated safely and steadily.
