SBARR沟通模式在急诊重症监护室患者床旁交接班中的应用 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨SBARR沟通模式在急诊重症监护室(EICU)患者床旁交接班中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年6—12月杭州师范大学附属医院EICU收治的80例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组在患者交接班中采用传统沟通模式,试验组在患者交接班中采用SBARR沟通模式,比较两组交接班时间、护士对交接班的评价以及患者满意度。结果与对照组相比,试验组的床旁交班时间较短,试验组的交接班效率与效力、促进患者参与、确保合作安全、增进护士合作与责任、提供患者所需信息评分较高,试验组患者对护理满意度高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SBARR沟通模式能够有效减少护士在EICU患者交接班的耗时,提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度,提高护士交接班质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the application effect of SBARR communication mode in Emergency Intensive Care Unit(EICU)patients'bedside handover.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted.80 patients admitted to the EICU of the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University from June to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,each with 40 patients.The control group used the traditional communication mode in the patient handover,and the experimental group used the SBARR communication mode in the patient handover.The handover time,the nurse's evaluation of the handover,and the patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the bedside handover time in the experimental group was shorter.The efficiency and effectiveness of the handover in the experimental group,patient participation promotion,cooperation safety,nurse cooperation and responsibility promotion,and information provision to the patients received higher scores than the control group and the patients in the experimental group had higher satisfaction with nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The SBARR communication mode can effectively reduce the time taken by nurses to handover patients to EICU,improve patient and family satisfaction with nursing work,and improve the quality of nurse handovers,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
