摘要
目的:探讨设计和应用EICU护理评估记录单的临床应用效果。方法:选择2015-04-01—2016-03-31期间收治的457例患者为对照组,2016-04-01—2017-03-31期间收治的548例为实验组,对照组采用院内普通科室护理记录单进行常规护理评估和病情观察记录。实验组采用EICU护理评估记录单对患者进行全面护理评估和病情观察,比较两组护理评估合格率、书写合格率、24h书写占用时间及满意度。结果:实验组书写合格率、护理评估合格率、患者满意度及医生满意度均高于对照组,24h书写占用时间小于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:EICU护理评估记录单提高了护士工作效率,降低了护理安全事件发生,提高了护理满意度,极大地保证了护理安全。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of design and application of EICU nursing assessment sheet.Method：457 patients from April 1,2015 to March 31,2016 were selected as the control group,548 patients from April 1,2016 to March 2017 were selected as the experimental group,and the control group was given routine nursing evaluation and observation records by using the hospital general department nursing record sheet.The patients in the experimental group were assessed with EICU nursing assessment sheet and observed.Result：The qualified rate of nursing assessment,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The qualified rate of writing,nursing assessment,patient satisfaction and doctor satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the occupied time of 24-hour writing was less than that of the control group（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion：EICU nursing evaluation record sheet can improve the work efficiency of nurses,reduce the occurrence of nursing safety incidents,improve nursing satisfaction,and greatly ensure the safety of nursing.
