摘要
目的 翻译中文版护士交接班评估量表（NASR）,并对其进行信度、效度检测。方法遵循Brislin双人翻译与回译原则,利用专家咨询法进行文化调适,形成中文版NASR量表。在130名临床护士调查中评价其信度与效度。结果 中文版NASR量表共有17个条目,因子分析共提取5个因子,累积贡献率为88.420%。该量表Cronbach＇sα系数为0.840,各因子Cronbach＇sα系数为0.855~0.975,重测信度为0.803,各因子重测信度为0.804~0.950。中文版NASR量表的内容效度（CVI）为0.92,各维度间的相关系数为0.331~0.562,各维度与量表总分之间的相关系数为0.551~0.702,且均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 中文版NASR量表具有良好的信效度,可作为护士对交接班效果评估工具,实现护理交接班质量的优质改进。
Objective To translate the English version of Nursing Assessment of Shift Report（NASR） into Chinese, and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of NASR. Methods The NASR was translated and adapted according to Chinese culture. The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of NASR was tested in 130 nurses. Results The Chinese version of NASR consisted of 17 items. Five factors were extracted by factor analysis which could explain 88.420% of the total variance. The Cronbach＇s ot coefficient was 0.840 for the total scale and the Cronbach＇s o~ coefficient of each factor ranged from 0.855 to 0.975. The test-retest reliability was 0.803 for the total scale and the test-retest reliability of each factor ranged from 0.804 to 0.950. The content validity index was 0.92. The correlation coefficient between each dimension score ranged from 0.331 to 0.562 and the correlation coefficient between each dimension score and the total score ranged from 0.551 to 0.702. Conclusion The Chinese version of NASR is reliable and valid,and can be used to evaluate the shift report of nurses and thereby to improve the quality of shift report.
