促性腺激素释放激素泵治疗成年男性特发性低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症的临床效果与安全性探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨促性腺激素释放激素泵治疗成年男性特发性低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症的临床效果与安全性。方法:回顾性分析2016年4月-2017年4月在我院生殖内分泌科治疗的70例成年男性特发性低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症(IHH)患者的临床资料,采用促性腺激素释放激素泵(GnRH)治疗,比较治疗前后的各项血清激素水平变化、阴茎和睾丸变化。结果:治疗后黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、血清睾酮(T)水平明显较治疗前提高(P<0.05);治疗后睾丸体积、阴茎静息长度、阴茎牵长、阴茎周径明显大于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后患者的遗精率、出现精子率明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:GnRH治疗成年男性IHH的效果显著,能有效提高血清促性腺激素水平,促进第二性征发育,提升精子出现率,具有较高的疗效和安全性。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of gonadotropin releasing hormone pump in the treatment of adult male idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.Methods:The clinical data of 70 adult male patients with idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism(IHH)treated in the Department of Reproductive Endocrinology of our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Gonadotropin releasing hormone pump(GnRH)was used to treat IHH.The changes of serum hormone levels and penis,and testicular changes before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and serum testosterone(T)were signi ficantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the testicular volume,resting length of penis,penile elongation and circumference of penis were significantly larger than those before treatment(P<0.05);It was higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:GnRH was effective in the treatment of IHH in adult males.It could effectively improve the level of serum gonadotropin,promote the development of secondary sexual characteristics and increase the sperm occurrence rate.It had high efficacy and safety.
