摘要
教学质量是高校发展的根本,抓好课堂教学是本科教学质量提升的关键,青年教师的教学能力在高校人才培养方面的影响,起到至关重要的作用。文章旨在通过对青年教师课堂教学中存在的问题和现状进行思考,浅谈新时代下高校青年教师的教学能力提升的探索与策略。
the teaching quality is the foundation of the development of colleges and universities,the key to the improvement of undergraduate teaching quality is to grasp classroom teaching,and the teaching ability of young teachers plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in Colleges and universities.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the exploration and strategy of improving the teaching ability of young teachers in Colleges and universities in the new era by thinking about the problems and current situation in the classroom teaching of young teachers.
