Different from more abstract and meticulous theoretical research or logical and rigorous empirical research,Worker Bees:The Survival Records of Young University Teachers is unique in that it vividly describes work and life fragments of several young Chinese university teachers on the basis of fieldwork carried out by Professor Lian Si and his research team.
