从脱嵌到耦合:民办园教师的生存之困与应对之策 被引量:2

From De-embeddding to Coupling:the Survival Difficulties and Countermeasures of Private Kindergarten Teachers

摘要 民办园教师正在遭遇边缘人的生存困境,具体表现为教师有限的薪酬待遇、被束缚的职业权力和被污名化的职业声望。在影响民办园教师生存的社会关系网络中,民办园、政府和教师组织占有举足轻重的地位。民办园教师的生存过度依赖民办园,导致民办园教师职业角色的扭曲;而民办园与政府、教师组织的双重脱嵌,导致民办园教师权力依附缺失、权益争取无助。民办园教师边缘人的困境不仅关乎民办园教师的群体利益,还关乎整个学前教育的质量和儿童的健康发展。应对民办园教师的边缘人困境需要重构民办园教师的社会关系网络,形成耦合协同的网络结构,包括强化政府与民办园教师之间的连带关系、加大对民办园教师的扶持力度;调节园所与教师的关系,保障教师薪酬待遇和专业发展;加强社会组织与民办园教师的联结,发展教师工会组织。 Private kindergarten teachers are facing the survival dilemma of marginal people,which is embodied in the limited salary,the bound professional power and the stigmatized professional reputation.The relationship objects that affect the survival of private kindergarten teachers mainly include private kindergartens,government and teacher organizations,private kindergarten teachers relies too much on private kindergartens,which leads to the distortion of their professional roles;the double-embeddedness of private kindergartens from the government and teachers’organizations leads to the lack of teachers’power dependence and helplessness in fighting for their rights and interests.The plight of private kindergarten teachers is not only related to the group interests of private kindergarten teachers,but also related to the quality of preschool education and the healthy development of children.To reconstruct the social network of private kindergarten teachers and form a network structure of coupling and coordination is the countermeasures of private kindergarten teachers,It includes strengthening the joint relationship between the government and private kindergarten teachers,increasing the support for private kindergarten teachers;adjusting the relationship between private kindergarten and private kindergarten teachers,ensuring the salary and professional development of private kindergarten teachers;strengthening the connection between social organizations and private kindergarten teachers,and developing teachers’trade union organization.
