高水平大学学生满意度的实证研究——基于“国家大学生学习情况调查”数据分析 被引量:42

摘要 学生满意度可分为总体满意度和具体满意度。通过"国家大学生学习情况调查"网络调查平台,对我国11所高水平大学共计14749名本科生进行了满意度调查。结果显示:高水平大学学生满意度总体较高,学生对人际关系的满意度最高,但对教师教学的满意度相对较低;高水平大学学生满意度存在院校、专业和年级差异,其中"211工程"大学学生、文史哲专业学生、大二和大三学生的满意度相对较低;高水平大学学生具体满意度对总体满意度产生正向影响,其中校园支持满意度的影响力最大。 The student satisfaction includes overall satisfaction and specific satisfaction. This student satisfaction survey involves 14749 undergraduates and 11 high-level universities based on the network platform of the National College student survey (NCSS) in China. The survey results show the overall student satisfaction is high, that the students are more satisfied with the interpersonal relationship, but are less satisfied with teaching. The student satisfaction has variances among the universities, majors and grades. Students in the " 211 Project" universities, those of liberal arts, second-year and third-year students often have less satisfaction. Moreover, the specific satisfaction has positive influence on the overall satisfaction and the factor of campus support is the most relevant to the overall satisfaction.
