摘要
新媒体背景下开展学生满意度研究,对提升高等教育质量具有重要意义。以新疆某高校大二、大三学生为研究对象,采用问卷星形式对1772名学生的满意度进行了实证研究。结果显示,学生对学校教学质量、学生管理服务、自我规划方面的满意度中等偏高,学习风气满意度相对较低。根据分析发现存在的问题,并基于新媒体背景分别从提升教育教学质量、改善教学环境、改善学习风气、提高学校声誉和重视学生学业规划等方面提出对策建议。
It is of great significance to carry out student satisfaction research under the background of new media to improve the quality of higher education.Taking sophomores and juniors in a university in Xinjiang as research objects,an empirical study of 1772 students’satisfaction was conducted in the form of questionnaire.The results show that students’satisfaction with school teaching quality,student management service and self-planning is relatively high,and their satisfaction with learning atmosphere is relatively low.According to the analysis of the problems and the background of new media,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving the quality of education and teaching,improving the teaching environment,improving the learning atmosphere,improving the reputation of the school and attaching importance to the students’academic planning.
