摘要
香竹是一种优良笋用竹,也是唯一能分泌芳香精油的竹种。生产上常采用分蔸育苗的方式进行繁育,苗木的供应一直供不应求。为提高繁殖系数,满足基层生产需要,本文研究使用正交试验法,利用植物生长调节剂对香竹的主枝进行处理,以期提高香竹主枝扦插萌芽率。结果表明,植物生长调节剂种类、浓度和浸泡时间对香竹主枝扦插萌芽率的影响从大到小依次是:生长调节剂种类、生长调节剂浓度、浸泡时间。在云南省普洱市的气候和土壤条件下,对香竹主枝15~20 cm长的节段,使用100 mg/L ABT 1号生根粉溶液速蘸5 s,可以提高香竹的扦插繁殖萌芽率到86.67%。
Chimonocalamus delicatus,a fine shoot bamboo species,is the only bamboo species that can secrete aromatic essential oil.In production,stump-dividing is often used for its propagation and the seedling supply has always been unable to meet demand.In this paper,in order to improve the propagation coefficient and meet the needs of production,orthogonal testing was adopted and the main stems of Chimonocalamus delicatus were treated with growth regulators to improve the sprouting rate of these cuttings.The results showed that the effect strength of growth regulators on the sprouting rate was:type of growth regulator>concentration of growth regulator>soaking time.In the climatic and soil conditions of Pu'er City in Yunnan Province,the sprouting rate of the 15~20 cm-long main-stem cuttings could improve up to 86.67%,when treated with 100 mg/L ABT 1 rooting powder solution for 5 s.
