摘要
为研究亚热带毛竹竹材化学成分变异和气候环境因素的影响,对21个毛竹居群的9项竹材化学成分的含量进行了测定。方差分析表明:除热水抽出物含量和10 mg/LNaOH抽出物含量外,不同居群间竹材各化学成分的含量存在显著差异。冷水抽出物、乙醚抽出物、木素、多戊糖、灰分和SiO2这6项化学成分含量的变异达到极显著水平(F>F0.01,P<0.01),苯醇抽出物含量的变异达到显著性水平(F>F0.05,P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,竹材化学成分含量与环境因子间的相关性较弱,仅极端低温与乙醚抽出物(r=-0.599,P<0.01)和木素(r=-435,P<0.05)呈显著负相关。并讨论了毛竹竹材化学特性的研究前景。
To elucidate the chemical characteristics' variation and the effects of environmental factors on Moso bamboo (Phyllostachys heterocycla var. pubescens) of subtropical populations,9 chemical compositions of bamboo wood of 21 populations from subtropical zone were detected. Based on the meteorological data of sampiing sties, the interactions of environmental factors and chemical characteristics' variation were investigated. The results of single - element variance analysis indicated that, except for hot water extractive and 1% NaOH extractive, statistically significant differences in the contents of chemical compositions among the populations were revealed. The contents of 6 compositions ( cold water extractive, ether extractive, lignin, pentosan, ash, and SiO2 ) showed very significant differences (F 〉 F0. 01, P 〈 0.01 ), and the content of benzene - ethanol extractive showed significant difference ( F 〉 F0.05, P 〈 0.05 ) among the populations. Moreover, correlation analysis showed that the chemical characteristics' variation had no significantly relationship with environment factors overall, except that monthly extreme minimum temperature showed significant negative correlation ( r = - 0. 599, P 〈0.01 ) with ether extractive, as well as with lignin ( r = - 435, P 〈 0.05 ). The experimental exploration and research prospect of chemical characteristics' variation of moso bamboo wood were also discussed.
