摘要
进入21世纪以来,俄罗斯为了保障师资队伍建设和提升教师质量,对师范教育进行了一系列的改革,成效十分显著,其中最具特色的是俄罗斯师范教育的五年制培养计划。在实施过程中,计划强调实践的连续性、丰富性和多元化。依据师范生培养的内容和原则,通过实施四步实践培训,历经五个实施阶段,目的是发展学生的教育教学能力。文章以莫斯科师范大学为例,通过具体呈现其中的师范生双专业,来分析当前俄罗斯师范教育的特色。在此基础上,通过中俄师范生培养方式和内容的比较,为我国师范教育当前加强师范专业的学科融合,加强师范生实习的连续性等提供借鉴和参考。
Since the beginning of the new century,Russia has carried out a series of reforms on normal education in order to guarantee the construction of the teaching staff and improve the quality of teachers,which has achieved remarkable results.The Five-Year training program for undergraduates,the most distinctive measure,emphasizes continuity,richness and diversity of practice.According to the content and principles of normal student training and through the implementation of four-step training,the program has gone through five implementation stages with the aim of developing students′teaching ability.This paper takes Moscow Normal University as an example,and analyzes the characteristics of the current Russian normal education by presenting double majors for normal university students.On this basis,through the comparison betweenthe training styles and contents for Chinese and Russian normal university students,this paper thinks that normal education in China should strengthen the discipline integration of the major of normal education and strengthen the continuity of practice for normal university students,which can provide some insights for Chinese normal education.
