摘要
师范生的实践智慧是教育理论与实践相融合的科学实践品质,是科学性和实践性结合的产物;师范生实践智慧的形成一般要经过理论指导——教育实习——实习评价——实践反思的过程,笔者认为理论指导是实践智慧生成的前提条件,教育实习是实践智慧构建的核心条件,实习评价是实践智慧发展的后续保障,实践反思是实践智慧构建的关键要素。
