摘要
专业认证是针对教师人才质量参差不齐、难以满足时代发展需求而必须进行深入改革的一项重要举措,同时也是为了解决当前基础教育改革壁垒的应有之义。在正确认知师范类专业认证下高校师范生培育方式与途径变革动因的基础上,深刻分析当前高校师范生培育工作中存在的现实问题,并以问题为导向提出有针对性的改革策略,希望能够为推进师范生专业认证背景下培育方式与途径改革提供一些参考意见。
Professional certification is an important measure to address the uneven quality of teachers who cannot meet the needs of the development of the times and must carry out in-depth reforms.At the same time,it is also an important measure to solve the current basic education reform barriers.On the basis of correct understanding of the motivations for the reform of the training methods of normal university students under the professional certification of teachers,the paper deeply analyzes the practical problems existing in the cultivation of normal university students and puts forward targeted reform strategies to provide some reference opinions for promoting the reform of training methods under the professional certification.
