摘要
针对羊肚菌冷链物流系统安全性评价问题,分析了冷链物流安全评价的内容,建立了羊肚菌冷链物流安全生产能力指标体系,并详细分析了指标体系中的20项评价指标。对提高冷链物流企业的安全生产能力和管理水平具有一定的借鉴意义。
In view of the safety evaluation of Morchella cold chain logistics system, this paper analyzes the content of the safety evaluation of cold chain logistics, establishes the safety production capacity index system of Morchella cold chain logistics, and analyzes 20 evaluation indexes in the index system in detail. It can be used for reference to improve the safety production capacity and management level of cold chain logistics enterprises.
