摘要
羊肚菌是一种经济价值很高的食用菌。目前,随着栽培技术的逐步完善,羊肚菌产业发展迅速。文章对我国羊肚菌栽培现状和市场需求进行整理,并结合东北地区的特点,展望羊肚菌产业发展的趋势,并提出建议。
Morchella is a kind of edible mushroom with high economic value.Nowadays,with the development of cultivation techniques,the industry of Morchella grows rapidly.In this study,the current situation of cultivation and the requirement of market are summarized.According to the characteristics of northeast China,the development trend of Morchella industry is prospected and some suggestions are put forward.
