摘要
羊肚菌作为一种营养保健功效很高的食(药)用菌,具有较大开发潜力。对我国羊肚菌的资源现状及开发应用进行了综述,分析了存在的问题,并提出了今后的研究思路。
Morchella as a nutritional health mushroom, had great potential development. Resource situation, development and application in China of Morchella were reviewed, and analyzed the existing problems, mainwhile put forward ideas for future research.
