武汉大学全球健康专业教育服务质量现状研究 被引量:1

Higher Education Service Quality Status of Global Health Major in Wuhan University

摘要 目的调查武汉大学全球健康专业本科生对本校教育服务质量的感知现状及影响因素,发现本专业教育服务质量现存的问题,为学校进一步提升教育服务质量提供依据和参考。方法本研究采用整群抽样法对武汉大学全球健康专业在籍2014—2017级全部74名本科生进行问卷调查,通过HEdPERF量表的6个维度,对该专业的教育服务质量的进行评估。结果学生对教育服务质量总体感知得分为(3.75±0.64)。专业兴趣高和专业兴趣低的学生感知的总体教育服务质量有显著性差异(I-J=0.65090,P=0.002)。学生的学习态度和教育服务质量的总体感知呈现显著的正相关关系(r=0.308,P=0.010)。此外,学生的GPA、是否获得奖学金、专业调剂情况和学习态度对教育服务质量的若干维度也存在影响。结论武汉大学全球健康专业本科生对学校的教育服务质量的总体感知状况较好,学生的专业兴趣和学习态度是教育服务质量总体感知的主要影响因素,学校应采取措施积极引导学生提高专业兴趣和学习态度,并进一步提升行政工作和住宿娱乐设施等。 Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate global health undergraduates’perception and influencing factors on the education service quality of Wuhan university,and to find out the problems existing in education service quality,so as to provide the basis and reference for Wuhan university to further improve its education service quality.Methods In this study,method of census was used to investigate registered 2014 to 2017 global health undergraduates in Wuhan university,using the HEdPERF scale’s 6 dimensions to assess the education service quality.Results The overall perceived scores of students’perception on the quality of education service is(3.75±0.64).In terms of students’professional interest there was a significant difference in the overall perceived quality of education service between students with high professional interest and students with low professional interest(I-J=0.65090,P=0.002).Besides,There was a significant positive correlation between students’learning attitude and their overall perception of educational service quality(r=0.308,P=0.010).Also,students’GPA,scholarship,major adjustment and learning attitude have an impact on several dimensions of education service quality.Conclusion The undergraduates of global health major of Wuhan University have a better overall perception of the education service quality,and the students'professional interests and learning attitudes are the main influencing factors of the overall perception of education service quality.Wuhan University should guide students to improve their professional interests and learning attitude,further improve the quality of services in administrative work and accommodation and entertainment facilities.
