摘要
高等院校的数量在近几年内逐渐增多,同时竞争也十分激烈,过去高等院校往往只着重于教学质量、科研成果等方面,但现在高等院校的成功与学生满意度也息息相关。高等教育服务要在了解学生需求的基础上进行。高等教育服质量与学生满意度研究不仅可以推动高等院校的发展,同时对社会也意义深远。在国内外学者的研究基础上,文章分析了当前高等教育服务质量和学生满意度反映的问题,进而提出了提升高等教育服质量与学生满意度的建议。
The number of colleges and has gradually increased in recent years, at the same time, the competition is very fierce. In the past time, colleges tend to focus on quality of teaching, scientific research and other aspects. Success of higher education and student satisfaction are concerned. Higher education services should be conducted on the basis of students' needs. The research on the quality of service and student satisfaction can not only promote the development of colleges and universities, but also make a long-term sense to the society. Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the problems of higher education service quality and student satisfaction at present, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality and satisfaction of higher education.
