摘要
目的:评价全球医学教育最基本要求(GlobalMinimunEssentialRequirementsinMedicalEducation,GMER)中译本的准确度,增加GMER中文标准与我国医学教育的适应性。方法:采取11名医学教育专家对GMER7个领域60条标准中译文按照“准确、不够准确、不准确”等级进行评价,对超过半数专家评价为不(够)准确的条目提出新的译文。结果:54条GMER标准的中译文是准确的,占90%(54/60);6条标准翻译不(够)准确,占10%,主要集中在“医学职业价值、态度、行为和伦理”、“沟通技能”领域。结论:国内专家对GMER内涵总体把握较好,偏差通过解读和评价得到了纠正。在不同时期进行解读有助于增强GMER标准的时代适应性。
Objective. To evaluate the nicety of the translation of Global Minimum Essential Requirements in Medical Education (GMER) in order to strengthen the adaptability of GMER standard to our medical education. Methods: Each translation of the 60 educational outcomes in GMER was evaluated by 11 senior medical education experts with the 3 - level "accurate, under accurate, non- accurate". New translation was given when raore than 5 experts regarded the translation to be "under accurate or non- accurate". Results: Most of the translation were accurate, except 6 pieces of the translation were generally evaluated as "non - accurate" which were in the domain of "professional values, attitudes, behavior and ethics" and "communication skills", Conclusion: Generally GMER standard properly translated into Chinese, existed bias in the translation were corrected by experts' evaluation. In different times, evaluation of GMER can make contribution to strengthen its adaptability to the aera.
