摘要
护理人员是医疗卫生人力资源的重要组成部分,是医院的主力军,护理质量的优劣程度直接关系到一个医院的形象与发展。全球护士缺乏已是不争的事实,通过借鉴和吸取先进的管理理念和方法,实现对护理人力资源的科学化管理,充分开发护理人力资源,以提高护理质量,体现护理工作的职业价值。
Paramedic is an important part of hospital's human resources, which is the main force of hospital. The quality of nursing care is directly related to the image and development of hospital. The shortage of paramedics is an indisputable fact in whole world. It is urgent to leam and absorb the advantage ideas and methods, to realize the scientific management of human resource, develop paramedic human resource, so as to improve the quality of nursing care and fulfill the occupational values of nursing care.
